This is a consultation service to help decide if ProCell Hair restoration program will be a fit for your needs. Consultation involves client expectations, consent signing, before service photos, and payment plan options and cost

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours before the start of your appointment time (Mon-Fri) 48 hours before your appointment time (Sat-Sun). The card on file will be charged the full service amount if the appointment is not cancelled in within the aforementioned time frame. ***No Call, No Show Policy: In the event of a No Call/No Show, guest understand that the full-service amount will be charged to the card on file. 1st NC/NS, your card on file will be charged for the services booked 2nd NC/NS, your card on file will be charged for the services booked and you will no longer have the option to book services.
